Homewatch CareGivers’ Values Align with Several New Franchisees

December 20, 2018

The home care franchise welcomes new owners who align with their mission vision and values

Homewatch CareGivers builds its reputation on its mission, vision and values – and these roots of compassion and kindness are evident in every franchisee’s business. The mission is to provide superior quality home care services, a compelling employment opportunity and to be a trusted partner within the healthcare continuum. Franchise candidates are considered very carefully to ensure they will be a strong representative of the brand. The home care franchise recently welcomed several new franchisees who align with the system’s values of integrity, compassion, partnership and outcomes.

In Morristown, New Jersey, family business partners Peeyush Agrawal, Puja Lal, Shawn Kumar and Julie Rastogi opened Homewatch CareGivers of Morris in August 2018. With a background in information technology, Peeyush uses his skills to build and develop IT tools for his franchise office. Peeyush says he values how Homewatch CareGivers’ team members really care about what they do, while at the same time they focus on running a successful and profitable business. In his free time, Peeyush enjoys watching sports and TV, spending time with family and cooking.

Dr. Carl and Teresa Thurmond opened Homewatch CareGivers of Columbia in Columbia, South Carolina in October 2018. Carl’s background as a physician and Teresa’s experience as a family caretaker give the Thurmonds valuable knowledge of the needs of both the clients they serve and their family members. The husband-and-wife team enjoy relaxing together and reading.

In Katy, Texas, Ingrid and Javier Maldonado opened Homewatch CareGivers of Katy in October 2018. Javier’s background as a chemical engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the oil industry and Ingrid’s 15-plus years in human resources allow the Maldonados to create a positive work environment and organized office for their employees as they provide high-quality home care service in their community. In their free time, Javier and Ingrid enjoy sports such as tennis and soccer, as well as spending time outside with friends and family.

The common thread among these new franchisees is how they each felt Homewatch CareGivers’ values as well as the mission to become a superior home care provider and employer, completely aligned with their own. With franchisees dedicated to the same mission, each new franchise location is able to serve their communities with compassion and support entire families through integrity, respect and a focus on caring for the whole person.

Hear from other Homewatch CareGivers franchisees like the Maldonados, the Thurmonds and the Agrawal family to see why owning a home care business might be right for you.
