How to Start a Home Care Franchise?

September 6, 2022

Do you want to start a home care business, but are unsure where to start? Investing in a Homewatch Caregivers franchise may be the perfect opportunity for you.

To get started, after you fill out a request form a franchise expert will get in contact with you to discuss Homewatch CareGivers franchise opportunity. We are dedicated to making sure our qualified candidates are a match through our discovery process. The steps below outline the steps to ownership and are designed to put you in a position for success.

Step 1: Education

After filling out our contact form on our website, we will contact you with our first introductory call with a franchise representative. They will answer your questions and schedule your first webinar. You will then participate in three webinars to fully educate and prepare your home care franchise for success. After this, our franchise manager will provide you with an FDD. This is short for Franchise Disclosure Document, which includes the franchise agreement, information on our fees, obligations, and more.

Step 2: Deeper Dive

Once you completed the three webinars and FDD review, your franchise manager will then put you into validation with exciting owners. In this stage, you will have completed a territory review and we will set up regulations and licensing calls with our Subject Matter Experts to review your own state licensing requirements and the process.

Stage 3: Meet the Team

This final stage is where you will complete a franchise application and provide information that is needed to attend Meet Your Team Day at our franchise support center. Here you will go into specifics about the topics you have learned about and want to know more about. This is the last step into the process but is a chance for both you and us to confirm the franchise decision. After this, we will execute the agreement and officially be a franchise owner of your very own Homewatch CareGivers!

The support does not just end there. When going into the home care industry with Homewatch CareGivers, we will be there every step of the way. Through training, support, and technology we will set you up for success.
