Passion and Personal Experience Fuel Homewatch CareGivers Franchisee in Michigan
March 8, 2019
Since 2008, Breanne Stuart has provided care to people of all ages and life challenges through her Homewatch CareGivers franchise locations in Ann Arbor, Michigan and has recently expanded her business to include a second office in Novi.
Breanne is the president and CEO of two Homewatch CareGivers offices serving people across multiple counties including Washtenaw, Livingston and Oakland. Breanne realized the power of caregiver support when she became a family caregiver to her grandfather with Parkinson’s disease and her father who had colon cancer. Her experience, passion for family and entrepreneurship were her driving factors to open her locations.
At the time of her initial franchise purchase in 2008, Breanne also appreciated the fact that the founder of Homewatch CareGivers had been providing home care for almost 30 years. Breanne says she continues building and expanding her business because of the love and connections she has made with her caregivers and office team, her community and with the franchise support center team.
In addition to providing jobs to over 70 people and compassionate care to her entire several communities in Michigan, Breanne manages the strategic planning, financials and operations for her business. Under Breanne’s leadership, Homewatch CareGivers of Ann Arbor was named 2018 Provider of Choice in five of seven categories.
Most of all, Breanne enjoys interacting with clients and helping them maintain as much independence as possible.
“The greatest satisfaction has been building and maintaining a company that provides integrity, stability and compassion in the community each and every day!” says Breanne.
