Exceptional Care in Loudoun County, VA

June 27, 2019

Tim and Rebecca Bodor are the proud owners of Homewatch CareGivers of Loudoun in Loudoun County, Virginia. The couple, who joined the Homewatch CareGivers family in 2014, made the decision to be involved in work that provided a meaningful service and a way to give back to their community.

Rebecca and Tim both had personal experience with finding the right home care for their family. Rebecca believes that with the vast amount of information and resources available, families can easily get overwhelmed when choosing care for the people they love. This is why she credits her personal experiences with giving her a unique understanding in how to provide a better service to her clients.

The couple says their guiding principle is to provide their clients with the kind of service that they would want for their own family. Not only do they make every effort to match their clients with the right caregiver, but they also strive to give their caregivers a great place to work.

Rebecca and Tim’s efforts have not gone unnoticed. The two received several awards at Homewatch CareGivers’ 2019 annual conference, including the “Enhancing Quality Care One Hour at a Time” award for providing over 10,000 more caregiving hours in 2018 than in the previous year, while maintaining their compassionate, knowledgeable and thoughtful approach to care. Additionally, they received the “Greatest Revenue Increase” award among franchise owners who have been in business for more than three years.

Tim also won the “Marketing MVP Award” for his exemplary marketing efforts and upholding the integrity and spirit of the Homewatch CareGivers brand.

“While it’s great to be recognized for growth, our formula for success has been to focus on providing individual clients with the kind of service we would want for our own families,” said Tim. “We do this by making our caregivers feel valued and part of our extended family.”

In addition to the awards they received from the conference, the couple also earned the distinguished Best of Home Care – Leader in Excellence Award from Home Care Pulse, the leading firm in quality assurance for home care. The Leader in Excellence Award is the highest recognition awarded by Home Care Pulse and is given to select home care businesses that consistently rank among the very highest in 10 or more quality metrics. Nationally recognized as a Leader in Excellence, Homewatch CareGivers of Loudoun is now ranked among the top echelon of home care providers participating in the nationwide Home Care Pulse Satisfaction Management Program.
