15 Years of Success for this Family-Run Business

June 10, 2019

For a decade and a half, Anzor Gachechiladze and his wife Kimberly Flair have run Homewatch CareGivers of the Triangle (Chapel Hill, Cary and Raleigh) in North Carolina with the help of Kim’s sister Krista, who is a nurse, and the couple’s daughters Stephanie and Leslie.

Anzor, a native of the country Georgia, previously had a career in building military planes. His background may not be that of the typical Homewatch CareGivers franchisee, but that doesn’t stop him from running a successful senior care business. There’s one key trait Anzor possesses that is the driving factor behind his Homewatch CareGivers locations – his belief in taking care of his clients, as well as his caregivers, as if they were members of his family.

In fact, Anzor and Kimberly celebrated their business’s 15th anniversary this month by presenting scholarships to three of their caregivers to complete CNA school. The couple already pays the fee for their caregivers to take the CNA licensing test, and the value for CNA classes can be around $2,000.

Because of his dedication to his staff, Anzor has developed very loyal caregivers. So much so that one woman who has been with him since the very beginning has cared for the same patient with MS for 15 years. Not only does Anzor treat his clients and caregivers as his own family, but Anzor and Stephanie work closely with the franchisor and in addition consistently collaborate with other owners in the system. In fact, Homewatch CareGivers of the Triangle (Cary and Chapel Hill offices), won the “Sales MVP” award at the company’s 2017 annual conference and awards ceremony which recognizes individuals that achieved outstanding results in the delivery of a quality direct sales message that embodies the company’s mission, vision and values..

With the help of their family, Anzor and Kimberly’s Homewatch CareGivers locations have helped more than 2,200 residents in their area receive more than 1.5 million hours of home care services. Homewatch CareGivers franchisees like Anzor and Kimberly can feel confident building a legacy for their children with a business that delivers high-quality and compassionate care to people who need home care services. They are a true asset to the whole Homewatch CareGivers network.
