Press Release: Partnering with enTouch to deliver improved care coordination in the home

Read the press release about our partnership with Prepared Health, more specifically with Entouch, a network connecting various providers from hospital to home. The partnership with enTouch will allow Homewatch CareGivers offices to be listed as part of a larger referral network, where they can easily send and receive referrals to and from other healthcare providers. Additionally, enTouch allows for coordination of care between Homewatch CareGivers offices and other healthcare providers in the network.  

About the partnership, Julie R. Smith, President & CEO of Homewatch CareGivers, LLC said, “We’re excited to provide innovative tools that can enhance patient care and allow us to build stronger relationships with our partners across the care continuum,”
