2019 Annual Franchisee Conference Celebrates Growth and Innovation

April 18, 2019

Homewatch CareGivers’ franchisees and their staff recently came together in Boulder, CO, for the brand’s 2019 Annual Conference titled “Innovating Together.” During the three-day conference, Homewatch CareGivers celebrated its commitment to innovation, system-wide growth and its position as a leader in the home care industry.

“This year more than ever before, I was struck by how much we set ourselves apart from the rest of our industry through the integrity and passion each of our franchisees demonstrate on a daily basis,” said Jennifer Tucker, COO of Homewatch CareGivers, LLC. “It’s a chance for all of us to learn from one another, to highlight the ways each individual is impacting their community and use it to enhance and grow our franchise system. Our conference is our opportunity to come together as a franchise family and really celebrate all that our owners have accomplished in the past year, including incredible amounts of caregiving hours provided and groundbreaking approaches to serving our mission.”

Homewatch CareGivers hosted several presentations on a shared vision for the future, which includes new platforms and technologies, new senior team leadership and new partnerships to enhance the quality of care. Individual franchisees from across the system were also recognized for their sales, revenue and caregiving accomplishments in 2018.

“Our franchisee conference this year was the perfect opportunity to step back and look across all the ways that Homewatch CareGivers is investing in our franchisees, the clients and referral partners throughout the industry,” said Jennifer Ramona, VP of Strategy & Healthcare Innovation, said.

Underscoring the Homewatch CareGivers 2019 Annual Conference is the superior quality of home care services that preserve dignity, independence and safety for clients under the supervision and care of skilled and compassionate caregivers. The brand is seeking entrepreneurial-minded individuals who can follow a proven business model, have experience leading and managing teams and share a passion for the franchise’s mission, vision and values.
