NJ Family Leverages Collective Experience in Launching Homewatch CareGivers
January 23, 2020
It’s all in the family. When sisters-in-law Julie Rastogi and Puja Lal went into business together, they decided to bring in Puja’s husband — and Julie’s brother — Peeyush with them. Prashant, Julie and Peeyush’s sibling, also joined the team. Lal and Rastogi are now the newest members of the Homewatch CareGivers family as they pool their collective experience to launch a franchise location in Morris, New Jersey.
Both Lal and Rastogi understand the nuances of small businesses; Lal owns a Jersey City restaurant that serves contemporary Indian cuisine, and Rastogi runs a boutique she opened in Denville, New Jersey, in 2013. In addition, Peeyush’s IT knowledge and Prashant’s attention to detail help round off their strengths.
Franchisees like Lal and Rastogi are tapping into a growing market as Boomers age and busy professional families look for quality home care. Homewatch CareGivers franchisees approach such a lucrative market with the right tools and processes to fully leverage it for best results.
For example, Homewatch CareGivers franchisees use our proven client acquisition model to attract and nurture clients. Additionally, initiatives such as Care to Stay and proprietary training platforms for staff education and retention help franchisees hire and retain the best caregivers.
Lal is eager to be part of a new chapter in entrepreneurship with her family. “We’re excited to combine our talents to hire and train caregivers who believe in our vision and provide the highest quality service with integrity and compassion to our community,” she says.
Rastogi, Lal and other Homewatch CareGivers franchisees benefit from our integration of vision with process.
